The 19th Annual Epicurean Palette

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Sunday 22 September 2019

Grounds For Sculpture (GFS) invites you to participate in the 19th Annual Epicurean Palette, Sunday 22 September 2019 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm throughout our beautifully landscaped 42-acre Sculpture Park in Hamilton, New Jersey. Your support of this important event will help maintain and expand GFS’ arts education programs, community outreach initiatives and exhibitions for more than 265,000 members of the community. Built on the former NJ State Fairgrounds, GFS is a 501(c)3 organization, with a membership of over 5,000.

Attracting more than 1,200 patrons from metropolitan Manhattan, Philadelphia and most of New Jersey, the Epicurean Palette is the area’s most prestigious food and wine event featuring culinary creations by chefs from the finest restaurants and generous selections of wine, craft beer and spirits from local purveyors. Participation in the Epicurean Palette is by invitation only and will provide your business with exceptional marketing exposure to a discriminating clientele, as well as foster a positive relationship of goodwill and civic support within the community. 

As a participating vendor*, you will receive the following marketing benefits:

  • Logo and link on the Epicurean Palette website EpicureanPalette.org (live for one year)
  • Logo and listing in the event program distributed to over 1,200 participants, vendors, sponsors and employees
  • Promotion via electronic correspondence, social media, press releases distributed to tristate media outlets
  • Complimentary Membership to Grounds For Sculpture

      *Vendor booth fee $150

The $150 Beverage Vendor fee is new for 2019. This is Grounds For Sculpture’s largest annual fundraiser. As we all have experienced mounting costs of doing business and as a direct result, GFS has experienced major decreases in their event net margins over the past several years. This nominal fee helps defray some of those increased costs and ensures continuation of this magnificent east coast event into its third decade. Additionally, we are doing our best to increase marketing exposure about this event and about each and every participating vendor. By registering I agree to participate and donate 1,000+ tasting portions and $150 to the Sunday 22 September 2019 Epicurean Palette. I acknowledge my station must be staffed at all times between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and needs to provide enough food to serve for the duration of the event. I also understand my restaurant / chef's name may appear on the website and other promotional materials related to the event.
